He decided to further his horizons when granted an opportunity to consult to the Olympic Games in the USA after being a Major in the Australian Army by the age of 29.. This invariably lead to consulting in Greece and Italy for the Olympic Games and then Doha, Qatar for the Asian Games. It was during these 5 years that he truly learnt to coach people (with a range of cultural beliefs) to achieve results that, for them, appeared to be completely overwhelming. He is also a qualified fitness professional, who has physically pushed himself to the limit in order to understand the capabilities (and limitations) of the human body. But it was during his study of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) that he truly learnt the relationship between the body and mind; and how to elicit the greatest result by understanding the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind. He is all about helping people to create the greatest amount of joy in their life, and make happiness their default emotional state, regardless of life's little challenges. Carl also has a Management Degree, a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Life Coaching, a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and is a Reiki Master. Plus he is a professional smiler.
In addition to this team we hire professional local and western instructors for every activity we include in the schedule of the Bali Elements Week. If you would like to have a sample itinerary of a particular week and the details of the instructors please make a request.
